1.William Chaworth, son and heir
2.Sir Thomas Chaworth, married to Alice, whose will is dated 6 Nov 1347, directs his burial to be with his grandfather, Lord Thomas, in the Abbey of Beauchief, co. Derby, and makes his son and heir, Thomas executor, but mentions no wife.
3.Sir Thomas Chaworth, married to Jane, daughter of Geoffrey Luttrell (died 1370/1)
4.Sir Thomas Chaworth, married 1stly Joan, widow of Sir Richard de la Pole, the King's butler (being alive 28 May 1348) and 2ndly, Margaret (who as a widow married before Midsummer, 1373, when both were living, William de Spaigne, of St. Botolph's), and died d.v.p.
5.Sir William Chaworth, son and heir by Margaret, having proved his age, had livery of his grandfather's lands, 13 Jun 1373; he married Alice, daughter and heir of Sir John Caltofte. Sir Williams's will, dated at Wyverton, 16 Dec 1398 & proved 5 Jan 1398/9, mentions his wife Alice and his son Thomas.
6.Sir Thomas Chaworth, son and heir, married 1stly Nicole, daughter and heir of Sir Gerard Braybroke * (mother of Elizabeth), and married 2ndly, before 24 Aug 1449 (living as second wife 2 Nov 1452), Isabel (mother of Sir William, son and heir) daughter, and in her issue heir of Sir Thomas Aylesbury, of Wiverton, Notts, and died 17 Feb 1458/9.

Sir Thomas's will, dated 1347, says "I give my body to be buried in the Church of the Blessed Mary of Beauchief, before the altar, near the tomb of Sir Thomas my grandfather. My will is that my old palfrey walk before my body in the name of its master, with its armorial trappings. Done at Alfreton, 1347."
