Isabelle de Senlis was the daughter of Simon de Senlis Earl of Huntingdon and his wife Isabelle (Elizabeth) de Beaumont. She married William Maudit son of William Mauduit and his wife Matilda de Hanslope. Her parentage and marriage are confirmed by the charter dated to (circ 1158/74) under which (her brother) "Comes Simon" confirmed to "Willelmo Malduit camerario domini regis et Isabelle uxori sue" the land "in Grendon…" which "comes Simon pater meus dedit Willelmo Malduit et Isabelle uxori sue in libero maritagio" [Beauchamp, 177, p. 103]. Isabelle and William were the parents Robert Mauduit.


Isabel married William Mauduit, son of William Mauduit and Maud de Hanslape.1215 (William Mauduit died about 1195 in England 852.)
