His wife was Gertrudis Silva, by whom he had a son, José, born on 23 Jan 1710, and a girl, Casilda, who became the wife of Antonio Vallejo, and later of Lorenzo Griego. The son, José, married a Francisca Vallejo or Hurtado, of unknown parentage, by whom he had at least two children: María Rosa, 23 Jan 1728, and José Timoteo, 20 Jan 1731.
