Abiah Kornic, wife of John Flagg, was a native of England. She died 3 Sep 1715, and
was buried in Granary burying ground, Tremont Street, Boston. Four of her children are buried by the side of her grave. One of the authors, Lucius C.S. Flagg, of the Family Records . . ., visited her grave in 1904. He found her located between the parents of Benjamin Franklin and the tomb of John Hancock. Her tombstone had the inscription "Here lyes ye body of Abiah Flagg, wife to John Flagg, d. Sept. 3, 1714." On the headstones of four of the children appear the following: "Mr. Gershom Flagg, died March 23, 1771, aged 66." "Hannah Flagg, died Dec. 12, 1702, aged 1 yr. 8 mos." "Ebenezer Flagg, died Aug. 27, 1708, aged 4 yrs." "Thomas flagg, died Sept, 1713, aged 1 yr."

Albia married John Flagg, son of Gershom Flagg Lieutenant and Hannah Leppingwell. (John Flagg was born on 26 May 1673 in Woburn, Massachusetts 120,120 and died about 1732 in Boston Suffolk, Massachusetts 100.)
