"Marriage between these Diego Fernández de Miranda and Beatriz Ponce appears supported by document Regesto "a donation made by Dona Beatriz Ponce de Leon, daughter of Hernán Pérez Ponce, Master of the Order of Alcantara, in favor of Dona Beatriz and Dona Leonor , his nieces, daughters of Rodrigo Ponce, his brother, preserves Villanueva and Villaruiz, with its jurisdiction and tenements, and possession Diego de Miranda, as the husband of Dona Beatriz and on behalf of Dona Leonor, her sister."
