Cómez González was the son of Gonzalo Salvadórez and his second wife Sancha Gómez. Count Gómez González was killed in battlle Candespina on 26 Oct 1111. He married Urraca Muñoz, a possible daughter of conde Muño González and his wife condese Mayor.
