Lázaro Trujillo was most likely the "Lorenzo" who was recalled almost a century later as a nephew of the preceding Mateo Trujillo. He married Ynez de Tapia (Lucero, Olguín, or Garcia) on 25 Jan 1718.
Their known children were:
• Miguel Manuel, born 1 Oct 1731
• Juana María, 14 Feb 1734
• Antonio Alonso, 16 Jul 1736
• Juan Antonio, 26 Jun 1741
• Matías, 3 Mar 1745, his mother dying at his birth.

In this same year, the following August, a Lázaro Trujillo married María Márquez de Ayala & it could have been the same man. Their son, Maríano married María Andrea Lucero in 1797.
