Captain Judah Paddock, son of Zachariah and grandson of emigrant Robert Paddock, was born at Yarmouth 15 Sep 1681. He died, likely at Yarmouth 31 Mar 1770, at the age of 89 and was buried at the Ancient Paddock Cemetery. Captain Judah Paddock married, at Duxbury, Massachusetts, 5 Dec 1706, Alice Alden. Alice was born at Duxbury, in 1685, and died 12 Jul 1774 at age 89. Alice was the daughter of David Alden and Mary Southworth of Duxbury. David Alden was the son of John Alden, the Mayflower passener of 1620 and his wife Priscilla Mullins.

Judah Paddock was granted 20 shares, common land division, in Yarmouth in 1710. He was Selectman in Yarmouth in 1718. He was the parish clerk at organization of the East Precinct, Yarmouth in 1718 and opened the parish book 9 Apr 1722. David Alden of Duxbury convey to his son-in-law, Judah and daughter Alice Paddock two lots eah 45 acres, South Purchase, Middleboro 5 Jun 1719, and recorded in Plymouth 21 Jul 1719. Judah was appointed in charge of financial laon, Province of Massachusetts to Yarmouth in 1721.

Judah and Alice conveyed above lots to Nehemiah Bennett of Middleboro 19 Dec 1723, and recorded at Plymouth 28 Dec 1723. Judah and Alice were among those in partition deed of lands, sixteen shillings purchase, Middleboro 14 Jan 1727, recorded Plymouth 24 Mar 1729/30, having apparently sold their part to Noah Sprague of Rochester, Massachusetts, 1 Jul 1730, recorded 21 Sep 1731.

Alice Alden Paddock was admitted, Second Church, East Yarmouth on 23 Jun 1728. Their children were all baptized & recorded at this church. Children of Judah Paddock and Alice Alden were:
