David de Malpas of Hampton and Bickerton, 14 & 15 Richard II, heir to his brother, married Katherine, daughter of Hugh de Bickerton. Their children given by Ormerod were:

John de Malpas, m. to Joan, died before 8 Henr V. They had a son named David de Malpas who died while a minor, inq. p.m. took place on 8 Henry V. When John's son David Malpas died, the Malpas estates of Hampton and Bickerton went to his aunts.
