Sir Josce de Dinham married, before 23 April 1292, Margaret, daughter and heir of Sir Richard de Hydon, of Clayhidon and Hemyock, Devon. He died 30 March 1300/1. His widow's dower was ordered to be assigned, 9 July, and the knights' fees and advowsons of her dower, 30 September 1301. She married, 2ndly, without royal lic., before 24 January 1308/9 (when her lands were on that account ordered to be taken into the King's hand), as 2nd wife, Sir Gilbert de Knoville, of Batteshorne, Devon, Puckington, Somerset, &c., who died 20 January 1313/4. She married, 3rdly, without royal lic., before 24 September 1324 (when their lands were restored to them,, having on that account been taken into the King's hand), Sir Piers d'Uvedale, of Titsey, Surrey, Tacolneston, Norfolk, and Litlington, co. Cambridge who was born 9 August. 1290, at Saxilby, co. Lincoln, and bap. there, and died s.p. shortly before 2 May 1336, aged 45, She, who founded in 1338 a chantry in the chapel of Hemyock, died 15 May 1357, and was buried in the said chapel.

Sir Peter de Fissacre, Knight held Morlegh during the reign of Edward II. He was the younger son of Sir Martyn Fissacre, of Com Fissacre, and had issue by his wife, Beatrix of Sir Martyn Fissacre. This Sir Martyn levied a fine of the mannor of Morlegh, 10 King Edward II, unto himself for the term of life, with the remained to Isabel, his sister for the term of her life, the remainder unto Margaret, the wife of Jocei Dinham for life; the remainder unto Oliver Dinham her son and the heirs of his body.

Oliver Dinant died the in 1300 "and was succeeded by his son Josce Dinant, second Baron, who married Margaret, daughter and heiress of Richard Hydon and by her had two sons, John and Oliver. John succeeded his father as third Baron, 29 Edward I, 1301, being an infant."
