"Judice Barusone de Serra potestate de logu de Arborea" donated property to the church of Santa Maria di Bonarcado by undated charter, witnessed by "judice Constantine de Plominos, judice Gunnari de Jugadore, judice Constantine Gallulesa connatu meu" [Codex Diplomaticus Sardinić, Tome I, LVII, p. 217]. "Baresonus...rex Sardinić" made monetary commitments to the commune of Genoa by charter dated 16 Sep 1164, witnessed by "...Constantini de Lacu fratris regii..." [Codex Diplomaticus Sardinić, Tome I, LXXVII, p. 231]. "

Comita judge of Torres - "Fara names "Comita" as the fourth son of "Genuarius II Lacon, vulgo Gunari de Lacon appellatus", adding that his father granted him "regiones Ogani et Anglobis" [Fara, Liber II, p. 226.]. He married, as his first wife, Sinispella, widow of Uc Ponde de Cevera Vizconde de Bas, and daughter of Barisone, Judge of Arborea, King of Sardinia and his first wife, Pellegrina de Lacon. Fara names "Spellam Arboreensem" as the wife of "Comita II, Barisonis quartus filius", and mother of "Marianum filium, filiasque Mariam et Pretiosam" [Fara, Liber II, p. 227].

Barisone di Arborea was the son of Comita III de Lacon-Serra (the previous Judge of Arborea) and of Elena de Orrubu.

He married Pellegrina de Lacon, from an ancient island family, from whom he had five children:

• Pietro I of Arborea, who will succeed his fatherSusanna, who will marry a son of Comita
• Spanu di Gallura,
Sinispella, who married, as her first husband, Ugo Poncho de Cervera Bas, cousin of Raimondo Berengario IV of Barcelona. As her second husband, Sinispella will marry Comita di Torres

In 1157 Barisone II repudiated Pellegrina and married Agalbursa de Cervera, nIece of Raimondo Berengario IV Count of Barcelona.


Barisone married Pellegrina de Lacon. (Pellegrina de Lacon died after 27 Apr 1195.)
