Later discovers that he and she are related 2nd and 3rd degree affinity because his uncle, Miguel Peralta, also had relations with her. Meanwhile, García is exiled to Las Huertas 5 leagues away until matter is resolved. Pair dispensed, 12 Jun 1798.
