Elizabeth
, daughter of Sir Piers de Montfort, of Beaudesert, co. Warwick, by Maud, his wife, daughter and heir of Matthew de la Mare, was married to Sir William de Montagu. William died 18 Oct 1319, in Gascony. In May 1320 his Elizabeth renounced her dower in certain lands. She married, 8 June 1322, Sir Thomas de Furnivalle, of Sheffield, Worksop, &c., who died shortly before 18 April 1332. She died in August 1354, and was buried in the Prior of St. Frideswide (now Christ Church), Oxford, where her tomb is still to be seen in the Latin Chapel.

Thomas de Furnivalle married, 2nd (pardon for marrying without royal licence, 8 June 1322, for a fine of £200), Elizabeth, widow of Sir William de Montagu, of Shepton Montagu, Somerset, Aston Clinton,, Bucks, &c. (who died 18 October 1319), and daughter of Sir Piers de Mountfort of Beaudesert, county Warwick, by Maud, daughter and heir of Matthew de la Mare. Thomas de Furnivalle died shortly before 18 Apr 1332. On 6 Jun 1332, Elizabeth had livery of her dower, and of the knights' fees and advowsons of her dower, all of which had been assigned to her by the King. Elizabeth died in August 1354, and was buried in the Priory of St. Frideswide (now Christ Church), Oxford.

Elizabeth next married Sir Thomas de Furnival Knight, 1st Baron de Furnival, son of Thomas de Furnival Lord of Hallamshire and Unknown, on 8 Jun 1322 in England.141 (Sir Thomas de Furnival Knight, 1st Baron de Furnival was born about 1270 in Worksop, Nottinghamshire, England and died before 18 Apr 1332 in Sheffield Castle, Yorkshire, England.)
