He married Agnes, daughter and heir of Sir Thomas Crophull, and his wife, the widow of Sir Walter d'Evereux. Their son was Sir Thomas Parre. He died shortly after his father in 1409. 938

Sir John Parr, of Kirkby-Kendal and Parr, Westmorland, married Agnes Crophill, daughter and heiress of Thomas de Crophill, of Newbold Verun, Leiciestershire and his wife, Sibyle de la Bere. Sir John was the son and heir of Sir William Parr. His mother was Elizabeth, the daughter of John de Ros. He was age 22 in 1405. They had one son, Sir John Thomas Parr.
