Alaisia was daughter of Tommaso I, di Saluzzo and Luisa di Ceva, daughter of Giorgio di Ceva, Marquis di Ceva. Tommaso di Saluzzo was the son of Manfredo III, Marquis of Saluzzo (died 1244) by his wife Beatrix de Savoie. Beatrix (died 1259) was daughter of Amadeus IV comte de Savoie (born 1197, died 1258), son of Tomás comte de Savoie (born 1178, died 1233) and his wife Margaret (or Beatrix) of Geneva

married, before 1285, Alasia, daughter of Tommaso I, Marquis of Saluzzo in Piedmont [1244-99], by Luisa, daughter of Giorgio, Marquis of Ceva. She died 25 September 1292, and was buried at Todingham Priory. He died 9 March 1301/2, in his 36th year, and was buried with his ancestors.

"The Chronica Jacobi de Aquis names "Thomaso" as the son of "Manfredo" and his wife "Biatrix figlola dil Conte Amedeo di Savoya" [Monumenta Aquensia, Pars II, Historiam Aquensem, Monferratensem ac Pedemontanam, col. 178]. "Mainfredus III marchio Salutiarum" appointed "Beatricem de Sabaudia suam uxorem" as co-tutor of "Thomæ et Alasinæ filiorum suorum" in his testament dated 1244 [Regesto dei Marchesi di Saluzzo, 369, p. 107]." Tommaso married Aloisia di Ceva, daughter of Guglielmo II Marchese de Ceva. "The Chronica Jacobi de Aquis names "Loysa figlola dil Marchese di Ceva" as the wife of "Thomaso", son of "Manfredo" [Monumenta Aquensia, Pars II, Historiam Aquensem, Monferratensem ac Pedemontanam, col. 178]. A charter dated 31 Mar 1282 names "Thome marchionis Salutiarum et Aluyisia eius uxoris" [Regesto dei Marchesi di Saluzzo, 577, p. 150].


Tommaso married Lucía di Ceva, daughter of Giorgio Marchese di Ceva and Dama di Saluzzo.721 (Lucía di Ceva died 1291=1293 721 and was buried in Revello Santa Maria.)
