~Ancestral Roots of Certain American Colonists Who Came to America before 1700, 8th Edition, 33A:23, 178:1-2, Nesta of Wales, daughter of Rhys Ap Tudor Mawr, Prince of south Wales, and his wife Gwladus, daughter of Rhiwallon ap Cynfyn of Powys parented Henry Fitz Henry with King Henry I of England, and later married Gerald of Windsor, Constable of Pembroke Castle. ¹⁶⁰

Gwladus married Rhys ap Tewdwr Mawr Prince of South Wales, son of Tewdwr "Mawr" ap Cadell and Unknown. (Rhys ap Tewdwr Mawr Prince of South Wales died in 1093 in a battle near Brecknock Castle ¹⁰¹².)

Gwladus next married Walter Fitz Otho, son of Otho de Windsor and Beatrice. (Walter Fitz Otho was born about 1037 in tanwell, Staines, Middlesex, England and died after 1078 in Windsor, Berkshire, England ⁷³⁹.)
