Nicholas de Audley married in 1312, without license, Joan, widow of Henry, Earl of Lincoln, the only child that had issue of William Lord Martin , by Eleanor, widow of John de Mohun, of Dunster, daughter of Sir Reynold Fitz Piers. He died in 1316, shortly before 6 December, aged 27. His widow died between February1319/20 and 1 Aug. 1322.
