Roger Mainwaring, son and heir of William, married Christian de Birtles, and had a son named William. They also had a daughter named Joan who married Robert de Fallybrome nigh Birtles, by whom she had sons Robert, Joha and Roger.

Roger died in the life-time of his father, and his widow, Christiana married John de Byrun, and then Robert de Varnon. His son William became the heir to Roger's father, also named William.
