Kasimir married Dobrognieva of Kiev, daughter of Saint Vladimir Grand Prince of Kiev and Ragnheid of Poland, in 1042. (Dobrognieva of Kiev was born after 1101 in Kiev, Ukraine and died in 1087 in Poland.)
