" "Budic comes" donated property to Landevenec by undated charter dated to the mid-10th century [Landevenec (Borderie), 45, p. 168]. An undated charter, dated to (abt 945/52), records the death and burial of "Budic…comes", witnessed by "Alan dux Britanniæ…Benedictus episcopus filius istius Budic…Euhuarn vicecomes…" [Landevenec (Borderie), 46, p. 168]."
