William de Beauchamp, who married Joane, daughter of Sir Thomas Walerie, knight, died by 13 John (1211-1212) and was succeeded by his son who was a minor. His son Walter was under the wardship and marriage of Roger de Mortimer and Isabel, his wife, which they obtained for 3000 marks.
