John de Swynnerton, brother and heir to Roger de Swynnerton, so and heir of John and Margery de Swynnerton, was engaged in litigation in 1267/68 over land apparently inherited from his brother and his wife. He married Muriel and he died in or before 1284 when his widow sued for her dower.
