Sir William de Darce of Darce, Cumberland was born 12 Mar 1265/6 and died shorlty before 24 Aug 1318. He was buried at Prescot, Lancaster. He married Joan, daughter of Benet Gernet, of Halton, Fishwick, and Eccleston, Lancaster, sometime forester of Lancaster Forest. Sir Randolf and his wife Joan were the parents of Sir Randolf de Darce.
