Francisco Márquez was forty-three in 1631 when he was mentioned as the brother of the late Hernando Sambrano and husband of María Núñez, sister of Diego Belido. His wife was from Socorro de Piros. They had a daughter, Catalina, who married Nicolás de Aguilar.
