Adam de Molins in the reign of Henry III, was made Forrester, in the county Lancaster. This Adam married Lettice de Brenley, by whom he had a son, Sir William who married Margret, daughter of Alan de Thornton, of Leicester and had Richard his successor, who by Emma Donne his wife had Sir William, his heir, who married Isabella Scarsbrick of Scarbrick.
