Memoir of the Molineux Family, by Gisborne Molineux, states on page 2 that Edith le Boteler was the daughter of Amary le Boutiller. The History, Genealogical and Biographical, of the Molyneux Families, by Nellie Zada Rice Molyneux, says:
Beatrix de Villers, heir to Pagan de Villers, Lord of Little Crosby in Lancaster had a son, Richard Molyneux who married Edith Botiller, sister of Alenerice de Botiller of Werning, and was father of Adam Molyneux. ~ pg. 9
~The Visitation of the County Palatine of Lancashire, Part II pg. 204, gives Edith as the sister (soror) of Almerici. 716,717,751


Edith married Richard de Molyneux Lord of Sefton, Little Crosby and Speke, son of Robert de Molyneux and Beatrix de Villiers 716.,751 (Richard de Molyneux Lord of Sefton, Little Crosby and Speke was born about 1159 in Sefton, Lancashire, England and died after 1211 in Lancashire, England.)
