Manuela Durán y Chaves married Sebastián Marcelino Landrón de Guevara about 1728, and she died sometime before 1640. Sebastián moved back to El Paso after his wife died and remarried in 1640. Any children of Manuela and Sebastián must have gone with their father to El Paso since the surename Landrón de Guevara disappeared from from New México at this time.

One know son of this couple was Lugardo Landrón de Guevara who was baptized 2 Feb 1730 in Alburquerque. His padrinos were Nicolás de Chaves and Juana Montaño.
