I Esther Nye of the Town of Sanwich in the County of Barnestable in the province of Massachusetts Bay in New England being in tolerable health of body and through the goodness of God of Disposing mind and memory do make this my Last will and Testament hereby making void all former will or wills by me heretofore made Ratifying and Confirming this to be my Last Will and Testiment, And first of all I Recommend my soul to God In Jesus Christ and my body to a decent Christian burial, And having some houhold Goods wch were Left to my Disposal by John Nye my Deceased Husband and do give and Disppose of them as followeth,
Imps. I Will and bequeath to my Daughter Abigail and Experience my two beds and furniture to each of them to fit them to Lodge in.
Item, I do will and bequeath all the rest of my house hold goods unto my sd Daughters Experience an my Daughter Hannah to be Equally Divided betwixt them. And I have already given to my son John a bed and furniture and do constitue and appoint him my sd son John Nye to be sole Executor to this my last Will and Testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal the eighteenth day of Septmr. Annoqu Domini one thousand seven hundred and twenty-four.
