Agnes, daughter and heir, married to Richard de Bromley. Agnes is is the daughter of Letice, dughter and coheir, wife of William de Praers of Badylegh and Alston. Letice is the siter of coheir, Agnes, wife of Mathew de Dunville & later to John Pigott. Agnes and Letice are the daughters of William son of Ralph de Wetenhale and Elen daughter of heir of Robert de Bulkylegh of Alstanston.

Agnes Praers was the first wife of Richard de Bromely of Badynton (d. 1408/1409). Agnes is the daughter and heir of Letice Wetenhale, who was married to William, son of Robert, son of William de Praers of Badylegh and Alstanton. Agnes also was the granddaughter of William son of Robert de Wetenhale, and his wife Elen, daughter and heiress of Robert de Bulkylegh of Alstaneston.
