~George Ormerod's The History of County Palatine and City of Chester, Vol. III, p. 379, Thomas de Wilberham (or Wylbram), Lord of Radnor, son and heir, age 21, 11 Henry IV, lord of Wodeye, orbit 9 Edward IV, Inq. p.m., the same year. Thomas married Margaret, daughter and heiress of John de Golborn, lord of Wodey, marriage covenants dated at Wodeye, 3 Edward IV. Ormerod doesn't specify which Thomas de Wilberham of Woodley was the parent of Helen. Helen's father may have been the daughter of this generation or Thomas's son, also named Thomas who married Margaret, daughter of Thomas de Setenham.⁷¹³

Thomas married Margaret de Golborne, daughter of John de Golborne and Unknown, in 1463-1464 in Radnor, Cheshire, England ⁷¹³.^,804
