Sir Saier de Huntingfield, son of Sir William de Huntingfield, was of South Stroke, Lincolnshire. He and his unkown wife had one daughter named Joan who married John de Pecche. He married as second time to Christine, widow of Nicholas de Meinill, Lord of Meinill about 1299.

Saier appears in records as a witness of the marriage contract for his brother Roger in 1276/7, and again as a witness of a charter for Roger sometime around 1280. Saier is also recorded as a witness of a confirmation, 1290, from Thomas Sauvage to Thomas de Furnival, lord of Hallamshire. Saier was summoned against the Scots in 1300 and 1301. He witnessed an undated charter for Sir Robert de Ros, of Gedney, Lincolnshire.
