Walte had two sons named Walter and Robert, Robert being the heir to his Uncle Robert. 141
Walter married Iseult Pantulf, daughter of William Pantulf of Breedon on the Hill and Joan de Goldington. (Iseult Pantulf was born about 1178 in Wem, Shropshire, England.)
