Thomas son of Robert de Tolethorpe married Maud, daughter of Brice Daneys, and held a knight's fee of Roger de Somery, in Tolethorpe in 1272, [Cal. Inq. ii, p. 15] which William de Tolethorpe his son held in 1291 [Ibid. p. 497.].
