Sir William de Fiennes, Knight, heir to his brother John & son of Sir William de Fiennes and his wife Maud de Monceaux , and died 34 Edward III leaving issue, by Joan his wife, daughter and coheir of Geoffry Lord Say, lord admiral of England, two sons, John who died without issue, 2 Richard II and Sir William.
