Sir Edmund Hussey of Holbrook, co. Somerset, father of Joan Hussey, the 2nd wife of Sir Thomas Hungerford of Farleigh ad Wellow, co. Somerset. Joan Hussey and Sir Thomas Hungerford were the parents of Sir Walter Hungerford, born about 1378, died 9 Aug 1449, 1st Lord Hungerford, Speaker of the House of Parliament, Sheriff of Somerset and Dorset, Constable of Windsor Castle, Steward to the Household of Henry V and Henry VI, and Lord High Treasure. Sir Walter Hungerford married Catherine Perverll, daughter of Thomas Peverell and Margaret Courtenay.
