Adam de Everingham, married, before 16 May 1332, Joan, daughter of Sir John Deville, of Egmanton and Adlingfleet, by his 2nd wife, Margaret. She, who inherited Egmanton, died 10 years or more before him. He died 8 Feb 1387/8, at Laxton, aged about 80.
