Elizabeth or Isabell of Namur, daughter of Godfrey of Namur and his wife Sibylle, daughter of Roger, Count of Chateau-Porcien, married as her first husband, Gervais, Count of Rethel, who died 1124. Gervias was the 3rd son of Hugh I, Count of Rethel and Mélisende de Montlhéry, who was the archedeacon of Rheims, which he resigned on the death of his father and succeeded hims as the count of Rethel.

Elizabeth de Namur married as her second husband, Clarembald de Rosoy.
