Margaret
was a daughter of Charles II of Naples and Mary of Hungary, the daughter of King Stephen V of Hungary. Her father ceded her the County of Anjou as her dowry. She married Charles of Valois, a son of Philip III of France, at Corbeil on 16 August 1290.


Margaret married Carlo comté de Valois, son of Phillippe III "le Hardi" Capet Roi des Francs and Isabella de Aragón. (Carlo comté de Valois was born on 12 Mar 1270 in Vincennes, Val-de-Marne, Pairs, France and died on 5 Dec 1325 in France.)
