Aimery married Amauberge (a.k.a. Dangerose). Europäische Stammtafeln suggests that she was the daughter of Barthélemy [I] Seigneur de l'Isle-Bouchard [ES XIV 83]. Barthélemy is recorded with a daughter with the unusual name Dangerose. See eventually left her husband to live with Guillaume IX duc de Aquitaine. [Historiæ Anglicanæ Scriptores X (1652), Radulphus de Diceto, Ymagines Historiarum, col. 567] The couple had three known children, Hugues, Raoul and Eleonore (Aénor).
