Charles Cawley's Medieval Lands, Oddone was the son of Marchese Anselmo and his wife Adelasia. He married Berta di Susa, daughter of Manfredo Udalrico marchese di Torino e Susa and his wife Berta d'Este. "Berta comitissa filia quondam Maginfredi et item Maginfredus et Anselmus, Bonifacius, Oto clericus germani et filii quondam Toto itemque marchionis, mater et filii" donated property to the monastery of San Silo near Genoa by charter dated 31 Aug 1064 [Regesta comitum Sabaudić, CLXIV, p. 59]."
Berta married Ordone marchese del Vasto, son of Anselmo marchese and Adelasia di Azzo.
