William and Bertha were the parents of William de Braose who married Maud de St. Valéry of Hale; and Sibyl de Braose, wife of William de Ferrers, third Earl of Derby. ¹⁶⁰

Bertha married William de Braose Baron Bramber. Lord Brecknock, Abergavenny, son of Philipe de Braose 2nd Lord of Bramber and Aenor de Totnes.¹⁴¹ (William de Braose Baron Bramber. Lord Brecknock, Abergavenny was born after 1100 in Bramber, Sussex, England and died on 31 Dec 1189-21 Oct 1190 in Acre, Palestine.)
